ABOUT THE JADFA HOUSE, 501(C)3

Here at The JADFA House, 501(c)3, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginning, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: faith, recovery, community.

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. The JADFA House, 501(c)3 emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

Community is essential for maintaining and enjoying sobriety, avoiding feelings of isolation, rediscovering self, and connecting with others who understand what you're experiencing. The end of a treatment program is just the beginning of a lifelong recovery journey.

At The JADFA House we can:

  • Create a safe place for families in recovery to go and get the post treatment help that is so important in recovery.

  • Offer a new age style recovery that brings God as the main focus.

  • Mend the gap between recovery/faith that is not always seen in traditional style meetings.

OUR MISSION

Our organization will organize recovery focused
community education and outreach programs,
provide peer-based recovery support services with
people in long-term recovery, their families, friends
and allies, including recovery-focused addiction and
recovery professionals. Our members reflect
religious and spiritual pathways of recovery. The
sole mission is to mobilize resources within and
outside of the recovery community to increase the
prevalence and quality of long-term recovery from
alcohol and other drug addiction. Public education,
policy advocacy and peer-based recovery support
services are the strategies through which this
mission is achieved.
