Community
Where Recovery Takes HoldThe JADFA House is a Recovery Community Organization where we believe that treatment is only the beginning.
Itβs community that makes recovery your future.
Recovery Community in Kenmore, Ohio The JADFA House
Founded on Faith, Recovery, and Community, The JADFA House is dedicated to mobilizing resources to increase accessibility to long-term recovery from alcohol and other drug addiction.
FAITH
With God as the main focus, we seek to mend the gap between recovery and faith that is not always seen in traditional style meetings.
RECOVERY
Our community is open to all people seeking long-term recovery β having a sincere desire to stop drinking and using drugs.
COMMUNITY
We bring people together to connect with others whoβve experienced what theyβve experienced, opening the door to managing sobriety.
The JADFA House Coming Soon
The JADFA House is scheduled to open our first location in 2024. While we renovate this space, meetings and resources will continue to be available through Just a Dad From Akron, the shop where the vision for The JADFA House grew and took shape organically.
SUPPORT
Donate or Become a Partnerβ¨Your donation helps us provide the facilities and programs for recovery support. Partner Organizations have contributed labor, supplies and expertise to help their neighbors in recovery.
VOLUNTEER
Your Time Is Your Treasure, Tooβ¨We are thankful for helping hands and hearts in contributing to JADFA House operations. Weβre building the list now and will be needing help from cleaning to facilitating to childcare during meetings once our building opens.
Meetings
Not all methods are alike β but we know how they all work β so letβs talk about which support environment is right for you. And if a meeting we offer doesnβt fit your needs, weβll help you find one that does.
